Mayo… we all use it… we all love it.

Now what if I told you that there is flavored mayo. And by flavored I mean bring your sandwich to another level, flavored.

Recently I had the opportunity to check out Empire Mayo’s products. First off they are super cool peeps (I could tell by my interaction) and they make all their mayo fresh each day. And in amazeball flavors.

I had such a hard time deciding what I wanted to try. I went with the Bacon Mayo, Lime Pickle Mayo and the White Truffle Mayo.

My hubby and I tested all the mayos on a number of items from sandwiches to French fries.

Bacon Mayo Thanksgiving Day Sandwich

The Bacon Mayo was great on a turkey sandwich. We tried it on a regular turkey and cheese sandwich. But then my hubby made an amazing after Thanksgiving sandwich with Bacon Mayo, leftover turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce on whole grain bread toasted. “It took my leftover Thanksgiving sandwich to the next level” according to my hubby. He makes this sandwich every year but always used regular mayo.

The Lime Pickle was best on a ham sandwich. Instant Cuban sandwich!

The Truffle Mayo is best on anything. My favorite was dipping French fries in it. I often make homemade fries and add truffle oil and parm cheese to them after but I also enjoy mayo on my fries so this was the perfect combo.

Empire Mayo has a number of recipes on their website so check’em out. Try them with your chicken salad, on a wrap, in your pasta.
